- Inspired by the robe a la francaise of the 18th century, the dress features a scoop neckline and fit and flare silhouette. The back of the dress is an attached cape in robe a la francaise style for an unexpected twist
- Black shantung style fabric has a little structure to really show off the remarkable silhouette
- The dress slips on overhead with a series of ties down the inside of the back of the bodice to create the nipped waist and caped effect. Pure Westwood genius
